2015 OUA.tv Football Power Rankings: Week 6


1 5-0 --

771 yards of offence in Week 5.  So far Western's biggest challenge has been managing themselves.  QB Will Finch heads into the bye having thrown for 1719 yards.

2 5-0 --

Another fast start by the Gryphons against the Gee-Gees led to a dominant win.  REC Jacob Scarfone had 122 yards receiving and 2 TDs in the win.

3 3-1 --

McMaster rebounded after their loss to Guelph with a dominant win over York at Homecoming in Hamilton.  QB Asher Hastings has thrown 17 TD passes in just 4 games.

4 2-2 --

Week 5 showed that the Gee-Gees have a ways to go if they are going to mount a challenge for the Yates Cup. QB Derek Wendel is averaging 384.3 yards passing per game.

5 3-2 --

Another solid day from first year starter Nate Hobbs propelled the Gael to victory over Blues.  Hobbs threw for 401 yards and a pair of TDs in the victory.

6 3-2 --

The Ravens experienced basically the same fate as all the other teams this year that have lined up against Western. They'll look to bounce back as they defend Pedro this weekend.  

 7 1-3 --

The Blues have played their opponents tough throughout the season but missed opportunities have plagued the team.  This weeks Red and Blue Bowl is critical if Toronto is going to have a shot at breaking their playoff drought. 

8 1-4

A dismal start to the season saw a turnaround in Week 5 with a big win over Laurier. Windsor QB Liam Putt threw for 148 yards to pick up the Lances first win of the season. 

9 1-3

Undisciplined play cost Laurier vs Windsor and has put them in a hole for returning to the playoffs.  Laurier had 20 penalties for 166 yards.

10 1-4

After their first win of the season in Week 4 the Lions were dismantled on both sides of the ball by a motivated McMaster squad.  Up next GTA bragging rights vs. Toronto.

11 0-4

On bye Week, 5 the Warriors host the Battle of Waterloo this week.  Can QB Lucas McConnell lead the Warriors to an upset over their crosstown rivals from Laurier?
