STANDINGS SET HEADING INTO OUA CHAMPIONSHIPS AFTER CROSSOVER

The Laurier Golden Hawks men’s team and the Trent Excalibur and Western Mustangs women’s team were the class of the field at the crossover tournament held at Queen’s University this past weekend. The Golden Hawks men’s team head into the OUA championship with a 5 and 2 record, with their only losses coming at the hands of fourth place Windsor Lancers and seventh place Toronto Varsity Blues. On the women’s side, Trent and Western both finished the crossovers with a 5 and 2 record, with Trent taking the win 10-9 between the two teams.

The teams now look forward to the OUA Championships which will be held at Waterloo on February 17 and 18th.
