GOLDEN GAELS LEAD THE WAY AT TRENT CROSSOVER

PETERBOROUGH - The Queen's Golden Gaels men's and women's curling teams were the class of the field at a crossover tournament held at Trent University last weekend. Both Gaels teams finished with stellar 6-1 records. Queen's kicked off the event with a 9-3 win over the Brock Badgers in the women's match, while the men defeated Brock 7-5.

The Laurier Golden Hawks men finished with an identical 6-1 record, while Brock came in second in the women's draw at 5-2.

The OUA Championships will be held at Brock Feb. 25 and 26.
