GRYPHON WRESTLERS SHOW STRONG AT GUELPH OPEN
GUELPH, Ont. - The Guelph Gryphon wrestling team put forth a strong performance at the 2009 Guelph Open.
On the women's side, Stephan Devries (Ariss, Ont.) led the Gryphons, finishing second in the 72kg women's category. Alison Leslie (Fergus, Ont.) was fifth in the 67kg weight class.
On the men's side, Kyle Grant (Whitby, Ont.) finished third in the 127kg event, while first year Kevin Iwasa-Madge (Milton, Ont.) was fourth overall in the men's 60kg event.
