ADVISORY: WOMEN'S BASKETBALL GAME POSTPONED DUE TO H1N1
HAMILTON, Ont. - Ontario University Athletics (OUA) announced today that two women's basketball games to be played by the Toronto Varsity Blues on Nov. 13 and Nov. 14 has been postponed in accordance to OUA's H1N1 policy.
Six members of the Varsity Blues have suspected cases of the H1N1 virus. The games to be hosted by the McMaster Marauders on Friday and the Lakehead Thunderwolves on Saturday will be rescheduled for a later date.
The men's basketball games at McMaster on Friday and Lakehead on Saturday will be played as scheduled, with a tip-off set for 8 p.m. both evenings.
