ADVISORY: WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL GAMES POSTPONED DUE TO H1N1
HAMILTON, Ont. - Ontario University Athletics (OUA) announced today that two women's volleyball games to be played by the Lakehead Thunderwolves on Nov. 6 and Nov. 7 have been postponed in accordance to OUA's H1N1 policy.
A number of student-athletes on the Thunderwolves have flu-like symptoms, including confirmed cases of the H1N1 virus. The games to be hosted by the Ottawa Gee-Gees on Nov. 6 and Nov. 7 will be rescheduled for a later date.
