MEDIA ADVISORY ON CARLETON UNIVERSITY RAVENS WOMEN'S SOCCER PROGRAM
OTTAWA - Carleton University announced today that the Ravens Women's Soccer team has been suspended following a serious breach of both the University and Athletic Department code of conduct. The team will not participate in games this weekend against the University of Toronto and Ryerson University.
The team will remain suspended until the completion of an ongoing investigation of a rookie initiation.
Carleton strictly adheres to its athletic code of conduct. The university takes the code very seriously and will take serious measures to deal with any infractions.
