The special presentation was made in honour of Daryl's outstanding university career at Windsor which saw him become one of the most decorated players in CIS football history.
The native of London, Ont. made a name for himself from his very first carry in his very first CIS game, where he carried the ball 49 yards for a touchdown back in 2004.
Daryl went on to have a sensational rookie campaign as he rushed for 1,192 yards to break the CIS rookie rushing record and win the Norm Marshall Trophy as the OUA Rookie of the Year.
