THREE OUA PLAYERS NAMED TOP CFL PROSPECTS
Coming in at second on the list and moving up one ranking is Bishop's running back Jamall Lee. Representing the largest move in the rankings is Queen's defensive end Osie Ukwuoma (pictured, right). Ukwuoma moved up five spots from the inaugural September ranking and now sits at fifth.
The players were ranked by the CFL's Amateur Scouting Bureau which is comprised of CFL scouts, player personnel directors and general managers from the league's eight teams.
All players included in the top 15 ranking are eligible to be invited to the league's 2009 Evaluation Camp and Canadian Draft.
This list of top 15 ranked players will be published again in the off-season prior to the CFL's 2009 Evaluation Camp.
