LANCERS SET SIGHTS ON FIFTH PLACE
The OUA finalist Lancers, who lost 71-68 against No. 5 Saskatchewan in Friday's quarter-final round, face No. 2 Cape Breton on Sunday at 4 p.m. in the consolation final.
The Quebec champion Citadins, who fell 83-72 to defending national champion Carleton on opening day, return home with an 0-2 record.

Fourth-year forward Isaac Kuon of Mississauga, Ont., scored a game-high 19 points for Windsor, while fourth-year guard Andre Smyth of Windsor was named Lancers player of the match following a solid 11-point, 13-rebound performance.
Fifth-year senior Nigel Johnson-Tyghter of Brampton, Ont., with 14 points, and freshman Enrico Diloreto of London, Ont., with 11, also scored in double figures in the win.
Game-MVP honours for UQAM went to fourth-year guard Arthaud Plesius of Laval, Que., who paced the Citadins with 16 points.
Forward Jules Diagne, a native of Rome, Italy, and Montrealer Justin Thierry added 12 points apiece.
A tightly-contested first half saw the opening quarter end 17-16 in favour of Windsor and the two teams retreat to the locker room at halftime tied at 40 all.
The Lancers led most of the way until UQAM made it a 27-27 affair with four minutes left before the break thanks to back-to-back three-point shots, the second one by Plesius.
The Citadins held a slim 40-38 advantage until their OUA rivals tied it in the dying moments.
The see-saw battle resumed in the third quarter as Windsor regained the lead early before the Citadins slowly came back to go up 55-52 on a pair of free throws by Thierry and a layup by Adil El Makksoud, sophomore of from Morocco.
The Lancers responded with a 7-0 run capped off by a three-pointer from Kuon and were up 59-57 after 30 minutes.
In the fourth, the lead changed hands seven times, with Windsor going ahead for good with three minutes to go when Smyth hit a pair of free throws to make it 68-67.
Windsor shot 43.3% from the field, 40% from three-point range and 58.6% from the charity stripe, compared to success rates of 39.7%, 32% and 59.3% for UQAM.
